Hi, I'm Hannah Short, a Designer in Chicago.

As a Chicago-based UI / UX Designer at GATX, I blend creativity, systems thinking, and human-centered design to create intuitive IT applications.  With a background in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a focus in Human Factors, I design user-friendly solutions that support smarter decision-making in the global railcar leasing industry.  Outside of work, I enjoy creating digital art, assembling custom matchbook collages, and relaxing with a good book and my cat, Olive.
